Coronavirus Studio Guidelines

While we are pleased to bring yoga's benefits to the community, we recognize there are continued  concerns relative to the coronavirus. To address these issues, we are complying with state public health guidelines. Specifically, the following measures are being implemented:

  • Your personal space is delineated before you enter the studio.  There is a clean sheet on which you place your mat.  At the end of class, your sheet is placed in a covered laundry hamper.

  • Everyone brings their own yoga props in from home and takes them back with them.  This includes a mat and whatever else you like to use such as a pillow, blanket, water bottle, eye pillow, blocks, a strap, etc.

  • Masks are worn while in the facility and during class.

  • Socializing in the waiting area is no longer possible.

  • The studio water fountain is not to be used.

  • Hand sanitizer is available in the entry way, office, and near the shoe rack.

  • Disinfectant is used on touched surfaces after each class.

  • Adequate time is allowed between classes to prevent waiting outside of the studio, to sanitize surfaces, and to set up for the in-coming class.

  • Advance registration is required for all classes. Click Here for a schedule of our weekly Ongoing Yoga Classes

We know that yoga fosters healing in many ways.  It is our hope that by adapting to the current situation, we can contribute to the healing and well-being of all.
