Options for Children

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Here's a fun and healthy way to celebrate
the birthday boy or girl!
Yoga poses and games are geared to the children's level.
Parties are for children ages 5 and up.
Younger children are welcome to participate for free.
2 hour sessions for 5 to 15 children.
Bring your own cake!

Brownies, Cubs, Girl & Boy Scouts, Home-schoolers
Elementary School classes and others.
Yoga is a great group activity that can meet physical education and stress reduction needs as well as
possibly fullfil badge requirements.
Learn the basics of yoga: poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
Classes can hold 5-15 kids
Cost: $5 per child
