The Expand and Explore format is designed for students with prior yoga experience and is ideal for graduates of Yoga for Beginners courses. An eight-week series allows participants to expand their personal practice in a supportive group setting. Each series focuses on a specific style and/or theme to broaden your yoga experience.
While all Expand and Explore series will provide participants with a rewarding yoga experience, the level of physical challenge desired varies from student to student. To help a student choose the series that’s best for each of them, we have given a physical challenge rating for each series of Easy, Moderate or Strong.

Classes are 1 1/4 hours long.

At the end of the series you’ll receive full credit for classes missed and not made up during the series (ie: $10 for each missed class). You may apply this credit to yoga classes or merchandise at the Westfield Yoga Center “Yoga Mall”.
Register for a 2nd eight-week series that overlaps the 1st and receive a 20% off the fee for the 2nd series.
While enrolled in an eight-week series, you may attend additional classes from the drop-in schedule for half price, only $6 per class! This half price bonus does not apply to Expand and Explore classes attended on a drop in basis.
