The Westfield Yoga Center focuses on Hatha yoga, which is the yoga of the body. Hatha yoga uses warm-ups, physical postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to bring about a wide range of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. It brings about union or integration of body, mind, and spirit.
Tuesday's schedule has been changed and Jessica will be teaching the 4:15pm Strengthening Flow Class and the 7:30pm Beyond the Basics class.
